For nearly 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels toward their goals. But my journey hasn’t always been a straight line—and that’s exactly what makes me the trainer I am today.

Eight years ago, I stepped away from fitness to pursue other business ventures. In doing so, I lost myself. I gained weight, lost my energy, and found myself in the worst shape of my life. My passion for personal training started when I helped my mom lose weight, get healthier, and reduce her medications through consistent training. Seeing her transformation showed me how powerful fitness can be and inspired me to help others change their lives too.

I’ve always been active, playing sports through school and college, and I’ve maintained that same dedication to fitness ever since. Today, I combine my athletic background with a genuine passion for helping clients reach their goals — building strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits.

I graduated from the University of Central Florida back in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. I have an athletic career in basketball and track & field. This is where I developed a love for fitness, and that passion only grew through my studies. Now, I get to help others on their own fitness journeys! Growing up, I always enjoyed playing sports and being involved in recreational activities. When I was young, if you had asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I most likely would have said a professional athlete. My love for sports connected me to the world of fitness, which has followed me ever since.

What drew me closer to fitness was the opportunity to share advice with friends—showing them what helped me achieve my goals, bringing them to the gym with me, and coaching them along the way. Whenever someone asked me what it takes to stay consistent in fitness, my answer has always been the same: your health and fitness cannot be treated as a hobby; it has to become a lifestyle.

Although I have faced—and continue to face—many barriers and setbacks, nothing has stopped me from staying committed to the journey. When you adopt something as a way of life, you never see it as a burden. Instead, you learn to adapt, even if circumstances require you to approach things differently than before. 

At Transform Your Body, we start where you are and create a tailored plan to get you where you want to go. Our team understands that no journey is linear and that there will be fluctuations, but we walk this path with you to ensure your plan always works for you, not against you.

I’m the owner of Transform Your Body Fitness, and I grew up in Minnesota as the youngest of seven kids. Family means everything to me, and I strive to make my clients feel like they’re part of our family, too.

Throughout my career, I’ve traveled all over the country, soaking up the best methods to help you lose weight, look great, and get fit. I’m easy to work with, and I deliver results. Everything we do is customized to your fitness level, your body, your goals, and your needs.

Many of my clients tell me that by getting in better shape, they have more energy and perform better at work. Some have even been able to get off medications for cholesterol, hypertension, and depression. And many have improved personal relationships because they feel more confident than ever before.

My ultimate goal is to improve your quality of life. What does that mean? It means helping you get in better shape physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Ever since a young age I have been obsessed with athletics, personal health and fitness. I have played numerous team sports competitively like football, basketball and ever since starting at UCF my new sport is volleyball. Fitness and health is everything to me, and I believe that it is essential to living a long and happy life.

For me, some of my happiest memories are just from playing sports with my friends. I’m always trying to learn new ways to be healthier, even after studying health for years there is always more to learn. My dream is to become a physical therapist and use my knowledge and experience to help others recover from injuries and just overall feel better with their body.
